Material Damage and Business Interruption Insurance
We have had some good feedback on the new documentation that was provided for the material damage and business interruption renewal. We have also taken note of what information would be useful to members via our members user portal (currently under development). We are hoping to have this portal complete during the next quarter and rolled out to members during quarter three.
Most members will be aware that there have been significant changes made to Health and Safety legislation. Our current insurers response is best expressed with this article – Ryan Clark, NZI. NZI/ Lumley are the underwriters of our liability program and Ryan Clark is head of their team. He makes some important points here.
