Checklist – General

 Is the photographic record of special features and valuable items up to date?

 Are there copies of the above stored off site?

 Are emergency phone numbers posted by all telephones?

 Is there an adequate first aid kit available?

 Has a general maintenance inspection of the buildings, services and
critical systems been carried out within the last 6 months?

 Is the system of offerings counting, accounting and banking secure and safe to those concerned ?

 Are sacred objects, vessels and other valuables kept in a safe, vault of quality locked cabinet when not in use?

 Is audio-visual, office and musical equipment stored in a locked room or office area when not in use?

 Are any changes to the buildings planned to start in the next 6 months? If so list below and notify insurers.
