A construction company had to divert traffic while preforming construction to the outside of a building. The cones diverting traffic were set up in a unsafe manner resulting in a pedestrian being hit by a vehicle and killed. The police looked to prosecute the site foreman responsible under the Crimes Act (1961) for manslaughter.
